Over the course of my 15-year career, I have consistently served as a trusted confidant and strategic partner to executives in high-level decision-making roles, including managers, directors, senior leaders, and visionaries. This experience has been concurrent with my roles as a project manager and producer, providing me with a nuanced understanding of diverse professional landscapes, organizational structures, and cultures.

Tier 1
This is a great option if you are a manager, leader, or visionary within an existing organization that you don't own but would like to level up on your own time.

We'll explore your personal and professional relationships. Clearly define the decision-makers and dynamics of your workplace. Treat your projects, challenges, and professional KPIs as the perfect educational backdrop for your growth, regardless of the challenges.

Not all organizations have mentorship programs so this is a great option for folks that are looking for that mentor/coach partnership to help them feel confident in the responsibilities of their role/s.

Tier 2
This experience is best for solopreneurs who either have an organizationally young team or are preparing to eventually bring on employees and grow the organization.

As a business owner, candidly examining your whole life habits and experience is critical because your work is engrained in your every thought and free moment. A holistic approach to your success guarantees longevity in your personal and professional successes.

For growing organizations, it's a learning curve for many solopreneurs who have primarily been in a leadership/visionary position and are now learning to delegate, manage people, and build an intentional culture from the get-go.

Tier 3
All organizations benefit from having a mentor/coach available to both leadership and their team/s. Especially small organizations. Traditionally, smaller organizations benefit from having a more intimate experience, but because relationships tend to be more personal, there is less confidence when bringing up feedback. This is because when there are fewer people, the stakes feel higher, and individuals are less apt to ruffle feathers and disturb the waters, all for the sake of the relationship as opposed to the long-term vision and needs of the organization. In my 15+ years of experience, I have observed that this is because there is still no perceivable differentiation between the leader and the organizational goals at this point in the company's lifecycle or culture.

Having a neutral but committed coach/mentor serves as a way for people to have a sounding board through times of uncertainty and have support when overcoming their self-doubt.
​
This level of involvement also allows for a goldmine of support and feedback for the leadership team to understand how best to think strategically with the team's and organization's long-term successes in mind.
